Mass shooting plot at University of Delaware

You got it backwards. The card identifies his residence (before he moved to the US) as Pakistan, but his national origin as Afghan. Again, backasswards. It's more like that Iraqi from a few years ago who was deported to Iraq even though he was born in Greece, since he did not have Greek...

Mass shooting plot at University of Delaware

The Afghan population of the US, of course. Relative to how many of them there are here, they are frequently involved in (attempted) terrorist attacks.

    Murder Spree in America continues

Contemporary "progressives" often fetishize change without regard for consequences. Like seeing no problems with islamization in the West, or containing illiberal streams such as radical feminism, that seek change toward less individual freedom. That's why I call them "fauxgressives" -...

    Murder Spree in America continues

Shootings there do appear to be dime a dozen. This one happened on 12/2, just days later and is apparently only noteworthy because of what the victim did eight years ago. Teen who notoriously livestreamed fatal crash is killed in shooting near Stockton The case WAB posted is significant because...

Epstein, Kiddies, And Trump. Oh, My

Xposting from the 2026 Midterm thread to forestall Jarhyn derailing it further: If there were "massive piles of evidence", why was Trump never prosecuted for that, instead of for the hush money to Stormy Daniels?

    2026 Midterm Elections

Let's not derail this thread any further.

    2026 Midterm Elections

Trump is not relevant to this thread (he won't be on the ballot in 2026), but just out of curiosity, what evidence is there of that? So, guilt by (possible) association?

    2026 Midterm Elections

Is it? [citation needed] I agree that the GOP platform is very unpopular right now, although some of your points are overstated, like energy costs. Gasoline prices, for example, are lower than they were during most of Biden's administration: This is a thread specifically about the 2026...

Merged Gaza just launched an unprovoked attack on Israel

We were told there was a famine in Gaza. But this guy looks like he hasn't missed any meals in recent years. (photo courtesy of Al Jazeera)

Mass shooting plot at University of Delaware

‘Kill all’: University of Delaware student arrested with machine gun, manifesto and plans to attack the school’s campus The article buried the lede though: And apparently, if this id is legit, he is an Afghan even if he was born in Pakistan. What's with Afghans and being disproportionally...

And New York Times, apparently. :rolleyesa:

    Fraud in Minnesomalia

Somalis are a nationality, not a race.

Merged Gaza just launched an unprovoked attack on Israel

To get back from the Judea and Samaria derail, there are apparently a few dozen Hamasniks holed up in the tunnels in Rafah, on the Israeli-controlled side of the Yellow Line. Their supplies of food and water must be running low and there have been skirmishes between IDF and them for weeks...

    Fraud in Minnesomalia

    Fraud in Minnesomalia

Speculative, perhaps, but a reasonable inference given how deeply involved in identity politics the current Democratic Party is. Blaming Somalis for fraud is simply not woke. It's a state run program even if it is federally funded.
  18. D

    Fraud in Minnesomalia

Recently arrived? The big wave of Somalis flooding into the US was in the 1990s. Hardly "recent". And that makes fraud ok? It's not solely a Somali problem. But it is disproportionally a Somali problem in Minnesota. And part of the reason is that Minnesota state government did not want to...

    Fraud in Minnesomalia

I do. What is this whataboutism in aid of? Two wrongs do not make a right.

    Fraud in Minnesomalia

Nobody is claiming that the Knucklehead was himself involved in fraud. I would be surprised if he was. But he is presiding over a state government that allowed it to happen and persist. He is responsible because the buck stops with him. I would agree. I like the idea of reasonable term limits...
